Dear user, do not panic. If it an unobstructed calculi there will not be any issues. Given the size of the stone, intervention will be needed if you have any hematuria (blood in urine) or pedal edema (swelling). A visit to your nephrologist will be necessary to discuss the intervention from here on. Good luck.

1.Presence of RBC`s more than 3/hpf is abnormal.
2.There are many causes of presence of RBC`s in urine: a.UTI, b. Renal or ureteric calculi
3.Please get an Ultrasound of the KUB done to rule out the cause of hematuria.

The presence of red blood cells in the urine is called hematuria. If there are sufficient red cells, the urine turns to a bright red, pink or cola shade. Frequently, the urine looks totally ordinary because there is insufficient blood to change the colour. In this situation, the condition is called 'microscopic' hematuria.
