Please undergo a urine routine and microscopy test to rule out any infection and microscopic hematuria. These symptoms occurs commonly in urine infection. I strongly suggest you to do that. Drink 4 ltrs water a day and after test you can consult me.

Hematuria can occur in UTI as well as glomerulonephritis. So you need to go for 2 reports of urine R/E M/E and C/S before starting any medicines.

Hematuria or blood in urine is totally different condition ,it is not related to your present condition. According to your explanation it is very difficult to diagnose ,what you are suffering from . It is necessary to be examined . I hope you are suffering from fungal infection .
So it is necessary to diagnose first.

Yes.
Its usually painful.
It may be accompanied by severe ureteric colic and hematuria.
But sometimes it passes so easily that you just feel a little burning sensation of urethra.
Drink lots of fluids.
In the end. Stone comes out matters. Not the pain.

* Usually polyps in bladder are benign condition .

* If recurrent on & off bouts of hematuria , should get once biopsy of one of the polyp.
