Seven years back my endoscopy report has esophagitis grade b and lax hiatus after dat endoscopy was normal, I was cured and completely off meds and eating everything but my lifestyle and food habits were not good recently I got symptoms and endoscopy report showed esophagitis grade a, h pylori, lax Les. How to cure it and prevent it completely from coming again and how to strengthen lower esophageal sphincter muscle?

add citrus fruits like orange mausambi kiwi gooseberry anwala non stop. lamonade with black salt, ginger. two three times. kiwi is best for platelets. papaya leaf juice freshly made 10 ml with water 2-3 times for long time. blood in stool if stool is hard small cut in anal mucosa that is most common cause.

My friend who his 20 years old male got his appendix removed on 22nd june 2023 at 8 pm, unfortunately he got his stitches removed on 1st july 12: 20 am and his stitches were not healed properly, as of now he is experiencing pain while movement on the operation site. What should he do? Will the wound heal on its own now or should he get stitches again? If the wound will heal on its own, what should he do to make the pain go away and what should he eat to make the wound heal faster? As of now, he is taking augmentin and vitamin c supplements.
