No h.pylori is not directly related to depression but if you feel low and anxious than your body's defense against bacteria is also low with frequent gastritis which can have role in h.pylori infection. Similarly due to infection and pain you can get your self in worrying thoughts and feel depressed.

Do not worry too much though Yes H.Pylori does cause cancer but since you are already taking treatment for it you should be safe. Apart from H.Pylori there are lot many other causes like taking excessive Hot, Spicy,Smoked, Salty food and bad habits like smoking and drinking etc. That might cause Gastric Cancer. Best Wishes.
