Sir, mera h pylori positive aaya tha feb month me and endoscopy me lax les and gastric antral erosive aaya tha. Maine antibiotics khaya but h pylori negative nahi hua. Mujhe burping ka issue hai and thoda stomach me discomfort lagta hai jaise bhara hua. Au koi issue nahi hai.

It seems like gastritis. H.pylori can be associated with gastritis (type b gastritis. It should be treated carefully. In long standing cases if not treated correctly or if recurrence occurs it may lead to erosions, ulcers and furthermore complications. Proper follow-up is needed. Treatment regimens are available

So as per my endoscopy doctor told me I have helicobacter pylori bacteria infection. There is no pain, just gastric and bloating. The medicine he gave is working but 2 week course is about to end and still not cured of it. Decade ago when I had ulcer (unrelated) doctor gave me librium 10 with ulcer medication for anxiety. So I was wondering can anxiety effect medication for h. Pylori to an extent that 2 week course not enough? I don't have severe anxiety but I do stress and over think and a lot going on in life. Should I tell this to doctor during my next visit or it's just I need heavier dose of medication for the bacterial infection and let doctor decide it without bringing anxiety issues.

I was diagnosed with a severe h pylori infection back in march due to a food poisoning that happened in december 2021. I also have bile reflux. Both were diagnosed through an upper gi endoscopy. Since then, I have been on a low fat diet and took antibiotics twice a day for 10 days. I had taken antibiotics earlier too but did not pay heed to my diet. It's almost been a month since my diet and I was feeling really better but suddenly my stomach has started aching again when pressed. It might be due to stress of exams and the fact that I had to be hungry for more than 3-4 hrs on an empty stomach. I am extremely tired of my stomach issues, medicines work and then suddenly something happens. What should I even do at this point?

I got h.pylori positive. Doctor suggested me sompraz hp before breakfast and dinner. And ganaton od before breakfast. And prosig before food and at night also before food twice daily. After consuming 1st day 1st dose of sompraz hp and prosig at morning. I got loss motion at 7 pm in the evening. And I am feeling week. What should I do. Doctor also prescribed psorid powder for constipation 2table spoon after dinner. I am a post copd patient. I got negative 25 may 2021.
