Hello, I am a woman experiencing random vaginal bleeding that i’m not sure if it’s due to masturbation or something else. Not experiencing any pain.

My periods flow has increased from january this year. I have no flow for 24 hours and then second day bleeding starts. In feb 12th day of periods I noticed spotting which happened only once. In march id brown discharge for 3-4 days on 12th day of periods. In march my periods were very heavy as compared to these months. Id dark red blood coming on 7th and 8th day when my periods usual end by 7 th day. However I was travelling during my periods and was exhausted. In april on 12th day after periods I noticed spotting of blood 2 times followed by brown discharge. This continued for 4 days and then my discharge was back to whit on the last day my discharge had turned black. I have been stressed since jan is it happening because of stress? I have recently done hormonal profile beside amh bend raised everything was fine and my usg was okay too.

I saw my period march 20 and ended 25 .had unprotected sex march 29 and took postinor2 20 minutes later. And I started bleeding heavy today april 3 is it normal?

Yes because- after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.

Health query good morning sir/ma'am, I don't know how to explain my health issue is. Actually i'm living with my business husband and he used to come weekly once to home, so that we could intercourse weekly once. In the month of january month 20th I got my period in time but it was heavy bleedings for 26 days continuously, when it wasn't stopped for 11th days I visited a doctor who is nearby, he informed me that was an abortion as I told him I was bleeding clotted blood and he suggested me to let it bleed until it clear. After 26-27 days the bleeding been reduced as I started to take" hematinic syrup (dexorange)" for a week and for that time bleeding stopped but there the real problem started that I started to get clotted blood spotting in the small amount everyday. However after taking this syrup it stopped. And now, from a week again it's started with spotting blood clotting. After bleeding stopped I had sex with my husband for every 3-4 days once. My age is 26.8 and height 5.2, weight is getting gained from before I got periods for 26-27 days. Now it's 75 kgs. I used to do aerobics, but wen I start my workout I started to get clotted spotting. I had pcos features when I got scanning report once before 6 months. No diabetes, but when I got heavy bleedings in the month of january I got bp low issues now I am alright. And i'm suffering from white discharge regular and abnormal from 5-6 years, no medicine helped me. Again from 2nd march I started to get clotted blood spotting. But from 13th march, i'm having heavy periods. Please tell me the process of treatment. I didn't conduct any doctor yet. My weight is keep rising like i'm 5.2 77 kgs.

Myself 37/f unmarried suffering from bp, thyroid, epilepsy and fibroids. I don't want to get operated. Am having heavy periods upto 18 days and its painful for me. Please suggest me to shrink my fibroids and stopping periods. Telmikind beta 50 mg, thyronorm 100, encronate chrono 300. The size of my fibroid is 68*48 mm. If I want treatment by english medicine will my periods stops when am using that or not. If I want homeo then will my periods stop when using medication please reply. I have been having excess bleeding since jan 9, I was given trapic mf ,norethisterone etc but it did not stop n became worse after pap smear wherein I was bleeding that heavy to soak 5 pads in an hour. This continued till I was given tranexa injections but came back after the injections effect got over, then after mala n was started for me. Now there is very light spotting kind if bleed everyday accompanied with huge tissue or flesh like discharge coming in pieces. Its been 7 days experiencing the same thing, there is some vaginal swelling plus the itch comes whenever that tissue discharge is there. I was diagnosed with pcos since childhood, bacterial vaginosis since 20 days that cane in pap smear n a small peanut sized fibroid diagnosed a month back. I do not know what that tissue is n why is it coming, is it something to worry cos its very scary.

That depends on the size of fibroids . You can consider MRI based melting of Fibroids which is however available in few centres only. Being unmarried, the other options are oral contraceptive or progesterones.

I read your account carefully. When it was diagnosed as abortion, did you do an ultrasound to check. If bleeding is continuing you should do an ultrasound and go for DNC
