Hello, take hamamelis q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly till the menses lasts. Visit a gynaecologist to get yourself examined to come to conclusion.
And for rest of days, take five phos. And alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back. Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done.

Hello, take mag phos pentarkan, 2 tabs with warm water thrice a day for the excessive pain during periods.
Antifebrinum 3x , 2 tabs thrice a day for fever.
