What is Heatstroke?

Heatstroke occurs if your body temperature continues to rise. It is caused by prolonged exposure to high temperatures or by doing physical activity in hot weather.

Symptoms of Heatstroke-

  • Strenuous activity

  • Situations that require exertion in hot weather
