The most important factor, which makes us look good and feel good, is food. We get energy from food, we look healthy when we eat good food, and we look good if we eat properly and proportionately.

  • The above quote is indeed true and gives a very good message, so watch what you eat.
  • Avoid processed and canned food, because they are filled with sugar and salt, which act as preservatives and are very bad for health.
  • The fresh packaged fruit juices, which we drink contains high amounts of sugar and the frozen food and other ketchup’s and sauces, which we consume, are filled with fat, MSG, sugar and salt, which are quite dangerous to our health.
  • Make sure that you include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and avoid oil as much as possible.
  • Fruits and vegetables help to detoxify your system and oil are necessary for our body to function but too much of oil is very bad.
  • Make sure that you fast at least once a month to give rest to your digestive system.
