I can understand your concern. I would suggest you to seek counseling for your stress and anxiety.
Invest your time productively. Talk to your family, spend time with kids, go for walking taking all the precautions against corona. Read interesting books. If you are spiritual, do meditation. after reading your concerns, I want to say you that aapko bina time barbaad kiye counseling ki zarurat hai. Aapko condition main suicidal thoughts aana possible hai, stress ki vajah se headache hai, nech pain bhi stress ke kaaran hai. Aap aesa mat socho ki aapka stress aur depression kabhi khatam nahin hoga. Har cheez ka ilaag hota hai. Stress hone ki vajah hoti hai. Aap zarurat se zyada sochti ho, jiski vajah se stress hota hai. You need to monitor your weight ,if you are over weight.

he suffers from hyper-acidity to experience fire like sensation in the body.
He should monitor his weight, first.
He should take ,plenty of water to hydrate his body to cool down the body.
His diet be easily digestible on time to check gastric disorder.
He should go for a walk for 40 mnts.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
