Dear Lybrate User,
- the most important thing is to avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long & to be sufficiently hydrated
- avoid moving in the su after 10-10.30 am till evening
- carry a water bottle & keep sipping water throughout the day, also have fresh fruit juice /coconut water, avoid more than a cup of tea, coffee per day as it can lead to fluid loss
- wear loose, light coloured cotton clothes to reduce sweating
- try to be under fan to cool the body by sweat evapor...more

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Your anxiety and fear are the facts for feeling fever and the deficiency of vitamin d need to be corrected with supplements get sunlight which will help your moods also. You have actually no fever with the reasons you said and unless you have nay symptoms, it is pointless to keep measuring body temperature which is not test useful, for disease management.
