Dear sir/madam,
I have gone through your question. You are suggested to you can take next day usual dosage, but do not do repeatedly
note:(1) in case of emergency you can contact doctor at your native place or you can come here for check up.
(2) kindly get clinical evaluation time to time by your doctor as advice by question, can only be given by viewing the record, not by examining the patient.

Tacrolimus drug level testing is done just before the next dose ie trough that is usually in the morning hour before taking the tablet of 1.5. Testing should be repeated according to the timing post transplant. In the first year, repeated testing is to be done, in the later years, testing is done only after dose modification or any clinical event. Get the testing done with next creatinine monitoring to avoid any doubts. For more details please contact.
