I have stomach pain and back pain that goes parallel. If i'm hungry my back pain gets worst, if I have food it reduces. Ideally seems like my back is received my stomach is full. At same time if i'm constipated I get back pain and if I pass motion I feel better. Also, i'm almost handicap in the morning as soon as I wake up. Lower abdomen n back is tight n bloated. As day passes I feel better. Pls suggest wat issue this could be. I have consulted too many gastro, gyneac, ortho so far. Just getting redirected but no cure. This issue makes me handicap. Im 37 years with infertility issue as well.

I am having pain in my stomach always. Last 3 months back I did usg whole abdomen and 3 mm kidney stone was found. I consulted urologist they said it's ok drink more water. I am taking berberis vulgaris homeopathy medicine since last 3 months but pain is always there. Now problem is I also have gastric problem. whenever I eat outside my stomach gets upset. Also 20 years back I was detected duodenal ulcer. Now I am not able to understand what to do. After having pain recently in the evening fever also comes. Please suggest.

Hello doctor, i'm really in need of help and advice at this time. My mother started experiencing pain in abdomen nearly 20-25 days ago. At first we thought its normal pain and gave her some painkillers. But pain started again after 1-2 days and she started experiencing pain after eating food. When the pain got worse after some days we went to a gastroenterologist. He did ultrasound and some other tests and meanwhile told my mom to stay on liquid diet but nothing showed up in the reports except the low haemoglobin level of 8.3. After that a ct scan was done (report attached). After seeing th report doctor wrote a mantoux test, a crp test and a facial calprotien test (report attached). I want to know what is the cause of pain and is it something serious? It is curable right? Please suggest the treatment or other important precautions to be taken. I can't see my mom in pain. Please help.

If you are worried about having a cardiac disease then you should take a proper physical checkup including an ecg to rule it out. Don't make assumptions.
Shortness of breath develops when the disease has progressed to a certain level.

Thanks for reaching out. This is a very sensitive matter because if I am correct then you don't want to continue with the pregnancy. Of course it is the descision of the mother whether to go for abortion, but according to the government rules:
if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant you have to consult me (physical consultation) along with someone else (attendant)
or if you are more than 12 weeks pregnant then you can consult a gynae_obs doctor for the same.
