Asked for male, 50 years old from new delhi

Hi dr, am 50 years old male active n fit, playing badminton everyday. Am having hypertension issue for more than 8 years taking mild medicine (amlodipine n atenolol) - emolene at (1 tablet every morning). For the past 3-4 years am facing not 100% erection especially in 2nd and 3rd rounds, moreover ejaculation is also withing 5 mins. Kindly advise some tablet (like sildenafil or tadalafil) which can be taken at least 8-10 hours before sexual activity. My ecg reports are normal, however bp is around 140/92 most of the time. Kindly advise thanks sunny +mobile.

My age 50. Tmt result shows positive for inducible ischemia. Total exercise time 7.24mns. 10. 10mets max hr 166bpm 97% of max predicted 170. Max bp 140/70. No chest pain. 1.0 mm st depression seen in infero lateral leads. No sugar no bp no cholesterol for me. Kindly suggest.

My father 46 years old has recently suffered from brain stroke due to excess high blood pressure, got discharged this monday ,given many medications as well as for high bp with one med of 25 mg given twice and the other of 45 mg given thrice each day till today but the pressure doesn't seem to low down. Yesterday the bp was checked twice .170/110 at 12 pm and 160/100 at 7: 30 pmtoday it was 160/110 checked at 12: 53 pm.what should we seek for this as the pressure doesn't seem to low down at all.
