You can just gently inquire regarding need for lonazep 0.25 mg. Its a sedative if you don't have any sleep related or anxiety related issues like insomnia, then probably you don't need it. Other medicines like rozat f is for dyslipidemia, prolomet am 25 is for high blood pressure. These are commonly prescribed standard medicines, if you don't have any problems like side effects then you must continue taking them.

Blood reports shows an elevated esr. Any inflammatory reaction can raise esr. Reason for nasal bleed should be check.
