Hello,
ecosprin gold has 3 medicines aspirin + clopidogrel + atorvastatin (2 blood thinners) whereas ecosprin av has aspirin + atorvastatin (single blood thinner). Ecosprin gold is generally prescribed for a patient who has had a heart attack in past or has angioplasty done. Ecosprin av is given generally for primary prevention in a patient who has risk factors for heart attack but has never has a heart attack or angioplasty.
Take care. Stay safe. Have a great day.
