Hello Madam,
From what you have mentioned, I feel you are suffering with Tinnitus. This is an intermittent or constant sound in the ear - it can be hissing, ringing, buzzing, air escaping sound etc. Though it is an inconvenience it is rarely serious. I would suggest you to see a good ENT surgeon. He may do other tests like hearing test etc and depending on the severity of your symptoms he may also suggest you treatment options.
