Asked for male, 35 years old from hajipur

I am 38 years old male. I am having right vocal cord paralyzed since december 2018. I was use leon 750 one tab in a day for seven days prescribed by recognized doctor of patna (international consultant and longer surgeon ent). After that the speech therapy is under going 20-50 times daily. Due to lighten (covid-19) the scheduled for bulky injection effected. And bulky injection remedy is temporary one to increase the ability to speak. What should I do now? I want to know is there in aiims the facility of surgery like vocal cord renovation?

My both ears hearing losses happened. Left ear since last saturday. Right ear three years ago. So my Dr. sharma is ent specialist doctor. He given dexamethasone inj. Inside my left ear on 23/5/2020. I had met an accident in 1990, I had head injury and lot of blood from my left hear had drained out. After 2-3 months ent doctor had done audiometry and there was 20% hearing loss in left ear. I was suggested to have a surgical opening to sea the damage which I did not got done. Now after 30 years crom my left ear almost 95% from air conduction I can't hear. My grandpa has been having this hearing loss for like 10 years it was not concerning at earlier but recently it has become more severe i.e. He can't even hear properly what's somebody is saying in next room. He always said that his hearing loss is due to infection from cold or something like that.

I just want to know is it safe to continue cetirizine for last 6 months. Pls guide me.

As such no major side effects are there but your doctor must have advised these for few days. U should again visit your doctor if there is any problem. If no problem then discontinue cetrizine and ear drop because hole will be cured only by operation.

My treatment are going on with phycratric doctor he prescribed me emetil 50 as main drug and an injection at the interval of 15 days which name he not open.
