A common culprit for muffled hearing is excessive ear wax (cerumen). Ear wax can sometimes build up in the ear canal and cause a blockage. This ear wax can dry up and harden over time, increasing the risk of impaction. Impacted ear wax can affect your ability to hear.

Hello,
the problem ypu are having seems to be Eyelid Myoclonia a not very common condition and frequently requires life long treatment but is adequately controlled. There is no specific exercise, diet etc which control seizure. I would like to change Mazetol to some other drug and/ or increase Rivotril. It can be reasonably controlled

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you in most cases, it's not important when you take your medicine. For instance, you can take non-drowsy antihistamines for hay fever, or analgesics for pain when you need them. It doesn't matter if it is morning, noon or night.
