Thik ho sakta h agar nerve ya phir ander wali hisse me problem na h to. So please go to nearest ent specialist, get video endoscopy of ear or video otoscopy done. Audiogram, immitance audiometry should be done to know more precisely about the issue. Share the reports so that I can guide you in a much better way.
