Hello

Oily skin occurs when glands in the skin make too much sebum, which is the waxy substance that seals in moisture. Gentle cleansing, oil-free moisturizers, and treatments to reduce sebum production may help.
Homeopathy medicine will give you best results.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Your symptoms suggest as if you are allergic to the wax used. Also do you have anxiety too? You can try rica wax if you have not tried it yet, it's a little expensive but better than the regular honey wax. Take care.
