tretinoin, benzoxyl gel or adapalene gel are used routinely to control acne breakouts and can cause dryness. A non comedogenic moisturiser added with hyalurodonic acid will work well. Azelic acid / ferulic acid works well. Use liquid cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion to prevent dryness. Acne or pimples is an age related skin problem which has ups and downs of the lesions. Depending on the diet which you take, acne will be under your control. Pleas don't touch your pimp...more
