The pain in abdomen after consuming food means problem is in stomach.There may be Gastritis due spicy food,irritative medicine like analgesic for pain or fever,steroids and so on.You may take Tab Rebetero L 1 in the morning for 10 days and then if not relieved then go for sonography of abdomen.

Good thing is you realized that its an addiction and you are taking corrective steps.
1. It is normal to crave for junk food but we have to find ways to stop it.
2. Drink lots of water. One glass every hour. More water means less hunger.
3. Eat lots of fruits specially before going for an outing where you may overeat.
4. Do not keep any junk food at home.

biscuits are allowed and good only if it is maida free eg. Marie gold. Can be taken along with tea.
Fruits are always best choice as it can fulfill the required nutrition and improves overall health. But always seasonal fruits are good to be taken eith in the morning noon or evening preferably. Not post dinner.

Few tips on diet- say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread, say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
