I have gone through the details given. Please understand ideally BP should be in the range of 120 to 130 mm Hg /70 to 80 mmHg, to be called as normal. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day..

One must have something every 2 hours in order to keep your metabolic rate high.
