Hi, Ideally small frequent eating pattern of 2.5 hours should be there between meals. Major meals should have 4-6 hours gap. A small cup of water can be had with lunch and dinner. Too much water will hamper the digestion and absorption. A cup of Tea can be had with breakfast.

Get it checked for rancidity and then decide whether to use it or not. 1-2 tsp of desi ghee for a normal health person is good for health. It can be added to any meal preparation.
