Drinking water is always best when boiled, because aquaguard will only filter water,this may not save you from all the microbes surviving in filtered water
Boiled water will destroy the microorganism active and thus safest

Yes taking plenty of water is good for health. Normally 2 litres is sufficient but in summer months or if your working envioronment is hot you can take 3 litres a day. Only thing is take water spread out throughout the day, not in one gulp you take 1 litres of water like that which is not good for health.
