Sometimes in the morning I feel itchy inside my left ear and sometimes I also feel headache on my front part of my head. I think there may be a tiny ant inside of me which went from my ear to my brain and this is what causing me the problem. Please give advise.

Dear user kindly visit an ent specialist, if an ant has entered your ear it is quite possible that it’s still in the ear which may have led to inflammation leading to headache. An ent specialist will be able to rule out your problem.

I am having chronic headaches since 1 year. I have consulted my gp who gave sibelium 5 once a day for 1 month but no effect. Next I consulted neurologist who gave desval 500 er and dolo as sos but no effect. Then he gave desval 500 er along with betacap plus 10, clonotril 0.25 and oleanz 2.5. Headaches have reduced slightly but not much change. Also along with these headaches there is puffiness/discomfort behind both ears and around both eyes. Also at times I don’t get sleep at all due to over thinking. All parameters including thyroid are normal.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.

To be on the safe side, get a pregnancy detection kit or better yet, go for an hcg test. The side-effects you are facing are common, but 10 days is an abnormally long time. If the problem still persists, you can have a consult regarding the same.

Dear user it will be better if you rule out any soft tissue injury with the help of a ct scan. Meanwhile for headache you can give paracetamol twice daily for 4-5 days and hot compression with warm cloth and not with warm water.

Hello, there is a chance of viral infection as suggested by headache, body soreness and easy fatiguability, but if you have no fever (i hope that you are taking the temp correctly with a reliable thermometer) then chances of covid are less, in case you get fever it may be worthwhile getting covid test. In any case you can take paracetamol for for bodyache and fatigue, and also it does not fit in with any pms.

Sir neck stiffness since 1 and half year .difficulty walking balancing problem rt leg pain. Age 26 mild headache.
Dear user seeing your age neck stiffness is mainly because of bad posture. Avoid studying or working at bed. Try to use a table and chair and keep your laptop etc at eye level. Avoid normal pillows, use orthopaedic pillow. Practice cervical spondylitis exercises (available over internet) daily 3-4 times. And since it has become chronic problem i’ll suggest you to get mri spinal cord focusing on cervical spine done. Thank you, have a great day.
