I am 20 years old and I have 10-15 strands of grey hair and lice on my head and normal dry in nature. I am taking all possible measures such as drinking lots of water, I l be at home all the time, diet, exercise and using herbal hills shampoo, parachute oil, streax pro hair serum, sleeping most of the day as I am doing night shift job, oiling hair on Sunday and washing on Monday and keeping it dry the whole week by applying serum. I don't use any chemical color or straightening tools. Request you to suggest me daily routine which includes when to oil, when to shampoo, etc. So that I l get shiny smooth hair which celebrities have.

Hello, take hair vitamin tab follihair after dinner for 6 months to prevent further greying. For lice, apply perlice solution on clean scalp and hair for 15 min and then rinse off with water. Repeat after 2 weeks.
