This is a normal consequence of head injury. Nothing to do except continue antiepileptic drugs, good food n exercise. Scan repeat after 6-9 months.

It could be a bony deformity for which you don't need any intervention if there are no symptoms or problems related. It's very common to find such bony dents or swellings. If you need confirmation then you can undergo a CT head which should come as normal, CT will cause unnessary radiation exposure so I will suggest wait and watch.
