A bruise forms when a blow breaks blood vessels near your skin's surface, allowing a small amount of blood to leak into the tissues under your skin. The trapped blood may cause a bruise that at first looks like a black-and-blue mark and then changes color as it heals. You can enhance bruise healing with a few simple techniques.
You may discuss your issue in more detail over a video or audio call, post discussion we can identify the best possible treatment.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Having pain on a scar after stitches, especially on the skin above skull, is normal. That happens with everyone. It should take some time before it go off. Still you can talk to the surgeon on this aspect.
I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Headache immediately following a head injury usually clears after minutes or days but sometimes headaches may persist for months or rarely years. ...
You can hold a cold compress to their head – try a bag of ice or frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel. Seek immediate medical advice if symptoms such as mild dizziness and a headache get worse.
