Do x-rays first ,and if you feel any kind of nausea ,vomiting or any kind of headache then, you hurry to doctor.(if injury is major you may get trouble like internal bleeding in brain)

As of now, rest is required, don't strain yourself to recollect things ,it will aggravate your CSF pressure, and same it would affect the brain too, slowly you will recover.

It may be an injury to the nerve. Refer a physiotherapists nearby. You may need some electrical stimulation depends upon the severity and exercises for facial muscles.

This is a normal consequence of head injury. Nothing to do except continue antiepileptic drugs, good food n exercise. Scan repeat after 6-9 months.
