Use precaution for sex, while on chemotherapy. If pregnancy happen, we have to go for abortion. Chemotherapy will be very toxic for fetus.

It has been suggested that psychosocial support during and after radiation therapy may improve overall quality of life. We found that in our patients who were age 80 or older, radiation therapy could be safely administered with both curative and palliative intent.

Lymph nodes swell when an infection occurs in the area where they're located. For example, the lymph nodes in the neck can become swollen in response to an upper respiratory infection, such as the common cold. Swollen lymph nodes in the head and neck may also be caused by infections such as: ear infection.

Thus, a level iv melanoma means a melanoma tha has invaded through a few of the skin layers, but if it is less than 1 mm thick, it is only considered to be stage I disease. But a stage iv melanoma means the melanoma has spread throughout the body, and usually has very poor prognosis.
