Lighter periods than normal do not usually cause concern. People often find their menstrual flow varies from month-to-month, and some months are naturally lighter than others. In certain cases, a light period could indicate pregnancy or a hormone-related condition.

Its on higher range. But you need not start medicine if you can do lifestyle changes. Also if you think you r a diabetic n eat like a diabetic means no sugar or sweet hings. Otherwise you will have to start medicines.
A diabetes diet simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
