My doctor told me to apply tretinoin microsphere 0.04 for 2 hours and then wash my face and then apply biluma cream but isn't it than microsphere gel works by slowly releasing all night .it won't be effective if I wash it after 2 hours. Can someone suggest me how to use both effectively.

Hello Dr. i'm a 19 year boy and the thing is my skin complexion is fair but my face is getting darker day by day and my skin type is oily really oily. It's really weird that my whole body is so fair and my face is getting too dark. I've never used a sunscreen but i've earlier used saslic face wash just one bottle and I daily use control green soap & spinz talc powder on my face. I have been using triben-cn cream for last 5 years. I recently noticed thinning of skin, like visible capillaries around my nose, below nostrils lip corner, over the eyelids and eyes corner.
