This is the best time for you to quit both alcohol and smoking. You are young and have other interests to come up in life. Please continuously motivate yourself to quit both from alcohol and smoking for 12 weeks. i know it is difficult but not impossible. i can help you with nicotine replacement gum or patch and anticraving drugs for alcohol if necessary.
