The causes of left arm pain can vary. The most well known of these is a heart attack. In this case, the arm pain may be accompanied by pain or a tightening sensation in your chest, pain in your back, neck, shoulder or jaw, nausea, shortness of breath, dizziness or fatigue. For my friend - she has a bone growth inside her hand palm and she did surgery years back. But now due to her hand pain she visited a doctor and she told me that the doctor told her she had a bone growth inside her hand and it is growing towards her chest and she didn't get any advice from that doctor what she should do for it. Hi I am a male 25 I have wrist pain from hitting a heavy bag my hand wraps were lose at the time when I was training but day after my workout I am experiencing pain (right hand) it's not severe so I tried some of the stretching exercises I saw on youtube but it relieves only for a minute or two after that the pain is still there so can you please tell me what to do to make it normal again or does it resolve itself if it does how long is it going to take to heal.

Dear Lybrate user. May be it is either problem in elbow joint or surrounding muscle tissue, or it is symptom of neck (cervical) pain also. So no need to be worried about this. Please consult orthopaedic doctor, he finds whether it or not.

For my mother, age 58 constant-severe left hand pain for 6 months and neck and spine pain and stiffness for more than 2 weeks. She was even unable to walk but pain killers helped and she's better now. Serum albumin- 4.0 (ref- 3.5 to 5) serum globulin- 4.7 (ref- 3 to 3.5) total protein- 8.7 (ref- 6.4 to 8.2). Other liver enzymes- normal. Her cbc report is normal (except for slightly raised wbc count, low rbc count and 8.5 hb). Her kft, abdominal usg, blood sugar, urine routine, ecg and chest x ray, all have come back normal. Her calcium is elevated- 10.3 (ref- 8.5 to 10.1). Urine routine- normal except for 30 mgm% proteins in urine and uti. Do these symptoms and tests indicate multiple myeloma?

Sir I am video editor I work a day throughout by sitting in front of computer before I hand wrist and hand pain due to overuse of fingers now I have mild testis pain and leg pain but pain is very very mild but legs pains more than testis is this occurs due to lack of physical activity?
