For dandruff you can use SHAMPOO CANDID TV twice weekly, apply it on scalp leave for 15 min and wash it off. Mix T EVION 400 mg in maha bhringhraj oil and apply alternate days. Maintain hygiene, avoid using harsh chemicals on scalp. Get yourself tested for thyroid dysfunction, anemia, any allergic disease. Maintain your diet by increasing intake of protein like egg, fish, pulses, green leafy vegetables. Exercise daily, avoid stress, smoking, alcohol drinking.
