Itchy scalp, also known as scalp pruritus, is a disorder in which the scalp becomes itchy and painful. Itchy scalp is most common in the elder person. Itchy scalp is caused due to the frequent changes in the shampoos, hives, scabies, dandruff, severe headache, discoid lupus, anxiety disorder etc. The symptoms of the itchy scalp are redness, sores on the scalp, low-grade fever, patches on the scalp, sores filled with pus, bald patches, dry skin, redness, swelling on the scalp etc. 

You can prevent the itchy scalp by avoiding using the products that contain the fragrances, dyes etc. You can also prevent the itchy scalp by avoiding sharing the combs, pillowcases, towels, brushes etc.

The home remedies for treatment of the itchy scalp are as follows:

  1. Coconut oil:- Coconut oil is considered as one of the most effective oils for curing the itchy scalp. Coconut oil is extracted from the coconut. Coconut oil contains lauric acid. This acid helps the scalp in absorbing the coconut oil and is considered as an effective remedy for treating the itchy scalp
  2. Shampoo of ketoconazole:- Ketoconazole is used in curing the itchy scalp. It is an antifungal agent which is regarded as effective in reducing the malassezia yeast. ऐसे में क्या यह संभव है कि बिना किसी रासायनिक सहायता के बालों के रंग को हल्का किया जा सकता है। क्या  उसी तरह जिस तरह यूवी किरणें हमारे कपड़े/तौलिये/बाहरी फर्नीचर को फीका कर सकती हैं, यह आपके बालों पर भी हल्का प्रभाव डाल सकती है (जिसे फोटोब्लीचिंग कहा जाता है)। क्या समुद्री नमक और क्लोरीन का भी समान प्रभाव हो सकता है। लेकिन इन सभी तरीकों के अपने कुछ नुकसान हैं। ऐसे में इस लेख में हम प्राकृतिक और बिना नुकसान बालों के रंग को हल्का करने के तरीकों पर चर्चा करने वाले हैं। कुछ प्राकृतिक चीजे जिनका असर बालों के रंग पर होता है वो निम्नलिखित हैं।

शहद और दालचीनी

दालचीनी संभवतः सबसे प्रभावी प्राकृतिक हेयर लाइटनर है और यह शहद के साथ बहुत अच्छा काम करता है। इनमें  स्वाभाविक रूप से कम स्तर का हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड पाया जाता है और बालों के लिए इसके कई लाभ होते हैं। इन्हीं खूबियों की वजह से हनी हेयर मास्क इतने लोकप्रिय हैं। ऐसे में अगर इसका ठीक से उपयोग किया जाय तो यह कॉम्बो वास्तव में आपके बालों को हल्का, मुलायम और कंडीशन करने में मदद कर सकता है।

अपना खुद का शहद और दालचीनी का मास्क बनाने के लिए, 2 बड़े चम्मच ऑर्गेनिक कच्चा शहद, एक बड़ा चम्मच दालचीनी और अतिरिक्त हाइड्रेशन के लिए एक बड़ा चम्मच जैतून का तेल मिलाएं। यदि मिश्रण बहुत गाढ़ा लगता है, तो थोड़ा डिस्टिल्ड वाटर या कंडीशनर डालें। सफेद सिरका और उसी के समान मात्रा में शहद मिलाना भी एक लोकप्रिय विकल्प है, जो घोल को और भी शक्तिशाली लाइटनर बनाता है।

सामग्री को पूरी तरह से मिलाने के लिए इसे लगभग एक घंटे तक बैठने दें। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि दालचीनी को कच्चे शहद में हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड को पूरी तरह से सक्रिय करने के लिए कुछ समय चाहिए होता है। फिर, इसे कुछ घंटों के लिए गीले बालों में लगाएं। बेहतर होगा अगर इस पेस्ट को रात भर के लिए लगाकर बालों पर छोड़ दिया जाय। लगभग 10 या अधिक उपयोगों के माध्यम से भूरे बालों के रंग में एक शानदार परिवर्तन प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

कैमोमाइल

कैमोमाइल में एक एंजाइम होता है - क्वेरसेटिन - जो मेलेनिन के उत्पादन को रोकता है, जिससे यह उन लोगों के लिए सही विकल्प बन जाता है जो समय के साथ गहरे बालों के रंग को हल्का करना चाहते हैं या प्राकृतिक रूप से सुनहरे बालों को चमकदार रखना चाहते हैं। कुल मिलाकर, कैमोमाइल चाय से धोना बालों के रंग को हल्का करने के एक त्वरित समाधान के बजाय एक दीर्घकालिक समाधान है। हालांकि यह बालों को थोड़ा रूखा भी कर सकता है।

साइट्रिक एसिड जो काफी हद तक हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड की तरह काम करता है, विटामिन सी की गोलियों में भी पाया जा सकता है। यह घर पर बालों के रंग को हल्का करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाने वाला एक और आम उत्पाद है। इसके उपयोग करने के लिए, 8 से 10 स्मैश किए गए विटामिन सी की गोलियों को एक कप पानी के साथ घोल लें या फिर इसे अपने शैम्पू के साथ मिलाएं। शैंपू की वही मात्रा लें जो आपको अपने बालों को एक बार शैम्पू करने की आवश्यकता होती है। मिश्रण आपके बालों को हल्का कर सकता है और इकट्ठा हुए मिनरल  को हटा सकता है।

एप्पल साइडर सिरका (सेब का सिरका)

सेब का सिरका नींबू के रस की तरह ही काम करता है: बालों के क्यूटिकल्स को थोड़ा सा खोलता है, जिससे गर्मी या धूप के संपर्क में आने पर बालों का रंग निकल जाता है। इसे बराबर भागों में डिस्टिल्ड वाटर या कैमोमाइल चाय के साथ मिला कर एक स्प्रे बोतल बना लें। एक स्प्रे बोतल से स्प्रे को  बालों की लंबाई की दिशा में छिड़कें। धूप में बाहर जाने से बालों का रंग हल्का होने की प्रक्रिया में और ज्यादा प्रभाव पड़ेगा और इसमें आसानी होगी।  बालों का रंग हल्का करने साथ ही एप्पल साइडर वेनीगर आपके बालों को बेहतर कंडीशन करेगा।

समुद्री नमक

यह बहुत से लोगों का अनुभव है कि समुद्री नमक और सूरज गर्मियों में बालों के रंग को हल्का कर देते हैं। समुद्री नमक का मिश्रण तैयार करके (नियमित नमक भी वही काम करेगा), अपने बालों पर छिड़क कर, और धूप में कम से कम 60 मिनट बाहर रहना होता है। इसके बाद अपने बालों को धो लें। आप चाहें तो इसे ना भी धोएँ इससे समुद्री नमक से मिलने वाला एक अलग रंग भी प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। कुछ देर बार बालों को कंडीशनर करना ना भूलें और बालों के सिरों पर तेल लगाएं ताकि आपके बाल रूखे और बेजान ना रह जाएं।

बेकिंग सोडा और हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड

हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड और बेकिंग सोडा का मिश्रण बालों का रंग हल्का करने की एक प्रभावी  विधि है। इस तरीके में आपको हेयर ब्लीच का उपयोग करते समय वास्तव में केवल 3 प्रतिशत हाइड्रोजन पेरोक्साइड का एक चम्मच चाहिए और इसे दो चम्मच एल्यूमीनियम मुक्त बेकिंग सोडा चाहिए। इसका उपयोग करने के लिए, एक पेस्ट तैयार करना होगा और उसे सूखे बालों पर लगाना होगा। पेस्ट को बालों पर लगाकर एक घंटे तक के लिए छोड़ देना होगा। फिर, इसे धोकर अच्छे कंडीशनर का उपयोग करना होगा।

अरंडी का तेल (कैस्टर ऑयल) विटामिन ई और फैटी एसिड से  भरपूर होता है। यह बालों के स्वास्थ्य को सुधारने में मदद कर सकता है।इसे इस्तेमाल करने का तरीका यह है कि इसकी आप अपने स्कैल्प और बालों पर तब तक मालिश करें जब तक कि सारे बालों पर यह अच्छी तरह लग ना जाए।  इसे लगभग 30 मिनट तक लगा रहने दें।फिर बालों को शैम्पू कर लें।

6. रोज़मेरी (गुलमेहंदी) का तेल :

इसी तरह आप प्याज़ के रस को ज़ैतून के तेल के साथ भी बालों में लगा सकते हैं।इसके लिए आपको बराबर मात्रा में प्याज़ का रस औऱ ज़ैतून का तेल लेना होगा।इसे अच्छी तरह मिला लें औऱ अच्छी तरह सिर की मालिश करें।ध्यान रहे कि बालों में यह तेल ठीक से लगा होना चाहिए।इसे लगाकर करीब 2 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दे।इसके माइल्ड शैम्पू से बालों को धो लें। हर बार बालों को धोने से पहले यह प्रक्रिया दोहराने से बाल मज़बूत घने औऱ स्वस्थ्य बनेंगे।

9. ग्रीन टी भी है लाभकारी :

बालों में डैंड्रफ के कारण सिर में खुजली और बाल झड़ने की गंभीर समस्या होती है। ग्रीन टी में मौजूद एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुण आपके बालों को वापस उगाने में मदद कर सकते हैं औऱ आपके स्कैल्प को भी साफ और सभी संक्रमणों से मुक्त बनाते हैं।

अपने बालों को माइल्ड शैम्पू से धोने के बाद ग्रीन टी लें और इसे अपने स्कैल्प पर लगभग 10 मिनट तक मसाज करें। इसके बाद इसे ठंडे पानी से धो लें।

आप इसे सप्ताह में दो या तीन बार दोहरा सकते हैं।
