Hello nency!
premature greying of hair is due to many reasons. The main reason is genetics. Others are nutritional deficiencies like vitamin b12, iron, copper, selenium. Stress and hormonal problems like hypo or hyperthyroidism may also cause premature greying.
Consult with a trichologist who may advise you for a simple blood test if it is due to nutritional deficiencies and further greying can be prevented but if it’s genetic then nothing much can be done.
