Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. These factors can trigger or aggravate acne: hormones, certain medications, diet, stress.
To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided.
Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars.more

This is typically a sign of damaged or unhealthy hair. Split ends occur in response to excessive or repeated chemical treatments, grooming habits, and various environmental exposures. These can result in progressive damage to the hair, seen as “weathering”.

Before use, apply a heat protectant product to help minimize further damage. Switch to moisturizing or damage-repairing shampoos and conditioners and choose ones that are free of sulfates and parabens. After showering, apply products that help rehydrate your hair, such as argan or jojoba oil and leave-in conditioners.

Hello lybrate-user!
mild dandruff can be treated with a gentle daily shampoo. If symptoms are returning then you need to shampoo daily and use anti dandruff shampoo twice a week. If the shampoo which you are using isn’t effective then switch to other anti dandruff shampoo which contain zinc / selenium sulphide/ salicylic acid. Moisturise your scalp by applying aloe vera, almond oil at night and shampoo next morning.

Hello lybrate-user!
besides medication you can opt for many other treatments like low level laser therapy, prp.
Have a well balanced protein rich diet. Include fruits and nuts specifically almond, walnuts and flax seed.
You can apply castor oil mixed in almond oil twice a week and shampoo it off next morning.
