Dear Lybrate user,
1) Avoid high chemical exposure to Hair. 2) Regular or Alternate day do Hair root oil massag with Ayurvedic Hair oil/ Sesam oil / Coconut oil. 3) Take 5gm of Amla churna early morning or in season take Fresh Amla.
4) For hair wash use Amla+Aritha+Shikakai powder base organic hair wash or Mild Shampoo.
5) Regular 1cup milk twice in day.
6) Regular intake Fruits viz. Banana, Pommogranate, Papaya, Coconut.
