Hair is primarily made of protein and, therefore, it makes sense to eat a protein-rich diet if you’re trying to maintain your healthy hair. However, eating a steak every day isn’t going to help you. High-fat diets will result in increased testosterone levels, which has been linked to hair loss -- so steaks are not among the foods that prevent hair loss. Stick to leaner proteins such as fish (which has a myriad of health benefits beyond just maintaining your hair), chicken, calf’s liver, brewer’s...more

Hi,
if your hair loss is due to your shampoo, opt out for a natural shampoo or a shampoo that does not contain sls (sodium lauryl sulphate).
Also eat a banana a day.

Anemia
Respiratory tract infection
Gastric complaints
Malabsorption
Genetic factors

Then further treatment can be taken.
Simply consuming biotin will not give permanent solution.

You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causativ...more

Most of the men hardly care about the shampoo they are using. I have seen a lot of my friends using a four-in-one shampoo, conditioner, body wash & automotive degreaser in one easy-to-use bottle for hair!

Always use good hair care products and not just any scented shampoo. Add special hair care products to your routine and you’ll feel natural after trying it for a couple of days. Using specialized and good hair care products is a significant step towards hair loss prevention.
