Hello lybrate-user it's good to prevent further hair fall so improve the diet take more proteins, add sprouts, eggs, milk, ,massage your scalp with coconut oil mixed with amla, almond oil n use a mild shampoo for head bath. Sandesh it's difficult to say about regrowth of hair but it's easy to maintain n to prevent further hair fall.

Dear Lybrate user better you to start Amlaki powder 1tsp early morning empty stomach regularly. Avoid excess of salt and spicy food. Do regularly massage on scalp region with Ayurvedic hair oil for 10-15 mins. Avoid late night sleeping and wakeup late in morning. Take healthy nutritive food. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet
2. Destress yourself.
3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day.
4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing .
5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

hair fall is generally associated with poor diet and schedule. Follow this ayurvedic tips-
a) avoid excess usage of shampoo or other chemical products like dye etc.
B) oil your scalp daily (use mahabhringraj hair oil)
c) go to bed before 10 pm, late night sessions harms hair follicle a lot.
D) avoid excess spicy diet and fast food.

Massage any of the hair oils onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips. Do this at least once a week.
2. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.
