Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon•Bangalore
Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons. The procedure is a day care surgery with liposuction and gland excision. No creams or tablets work for this. Cost may vary between 45-70 thousand. Contact privately with pictures.

You can also consume 1 to 2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil or add ground flaxseeds to smoothies or baked items. 9. Epsom Salt Taking an epsom salt bath is both relaxing and can help to reduce the appearance of gynecomastia. Just add two cups of epsom salt to a bathtub full of warm water.

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors. Cost again depends upon the same factors. You can text me with the pictures to know anything more online.

Hi lybrate-user, gynaecomasia is a symptom which can have many causes, and most important and common of them is idiopathic ie cause not known. So it’s important to rule out other hormonal causes before treating it. If hormonal assay are normal then you can go to some nice plastic surgeon at your place, he will help you with surgery. Surgery is relatively very simple with very fast recovery. Good luck.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
The best treatment to treat Gynecomastia is surgery, where excess fat is removed which is followed by removal of breast tissue or glands. For best results VASER liposuction can be used to remove the excess fat. This can be done on a daycare basis. The procedure will take approximately one hour. You will need to take rest for 2-3 days after the procedure. You can resume your normal activities after 3 days with some precautions like you have to avoid heavy weight lifting...more
