Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons. The procedure is a day care surgery with liposuction and gland excision. No creams or tablets work for this. Cost may vary between 45-70 thousand. Contact privately with pictures.

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors. Cost again depends upon the same factors. U can text me with the pictures to know anything more online.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, The best treatment to treat Gynecomastia is surgery, where excess fat is removed which is followed by removal of breast tissue or glands. For best results VASER liposuction can be used to remove the excess fat. This can be done on a daycare basis. Regards.

If you are over weight & fatty then its normal to have some extra fat in your breast area. But if you have problem with that try some specific exercise to burn out that fat. If you have excessive big male breast then go for surgery- medicine doesn't usually help much.
Thanks.

Yes your weight is increasing (man boobs are because of that) and your BMI should not be more than 25. Suggestions:
1.Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight.
2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercise...more
