I can understand your concern. I would suggest you to seek counseling for your stress and anxiety.
Invest your time productively. Talk to your family, spend time with kids, go for walking taking all the precautions against corona. Read interesting books. If you are spiritual, do meditation. Aapko condition main suicidal thoughts aana possible hai, stress ki vajah se headache hai, nech pain bhi stress ke kaaran hai. Aap aesa mat socho ki aapka stress aur depression kabhi khatam nahin hoga. Har cheez ka ilaag hota hai. Stress hone ki vajah hoti hai. Aap zarurat se zyada sochti ho, jiski vajah se stress hota hai.
