Hi! you are having foul breath because may be your oral hygiene is not good. So Go to dentist for scaling and polishing as there will be calculus and plaque in your mouth.
Home steps- 1.Do brushing and use mouthwash twice daily. Brushing before Bed is also very important do not skip it.
2. Do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times.
