Depends how long the effect would stay .. depends upon .. clinical condition of teeth .. depends upon so many factors ..though a tooth paste is necessary .. for brushing teeth daily especially at night .. bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis... Which means inflammation of gums .. inflammation of gums is due to lot of factors .. associated . So one has to see properly the reason of gum bleeding properly ...

Hey. lybrate-user you should visit a dentist as clinical examination is very much necessary. Moerover yess if recession is mild it can be regain with deep cleaning otherwise gum surgery may be required.
