gum boil might be due to infection in the root of the affected teeth. depending on the teeth you can go for extraction or for pulpectomy (to save teeth) to solve this problem. discuss with your doctor about this.

Depends how long the effect would stay .. depends upon .. clinical condition of teeth .. depends upon so many factors ..though a tooth paste is necessary .. for brushing teeth daily especially at night .. bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis... Which means inflammation of gums .. inflammation of gums is due to lot of factors .. associated . So one has to see properly the reason of gum bleeding properly ...
