You need to undergo complete scaling of your teeth with some antibiotics, mouthwash and vit c supplements for pyorrhoea. For hole in tooth you need to get it rct treated and crowned (cap). Rest dentist will find out after doing x ray what should be the appropriate treatment for the tooth with hole. Thanks.

Receding of gums is mainly caused by periodontitis. Its better if you consult a nearby dentist and get your treatment done. It will not correct with medicines only.

I suggest you to verify if you are having the habit of clenching at night. If you are having bruxism, night guards can be given.
